iResizer

iResizer scales an image without changing important visual content such as people, buildings, animals, etc. While normal resizing affects all pixels uniformly when scaling an image, iResizer resizing mostly affects pixels in areas that do not have important visual content.

iResizer lets you shrink or enlarge images to improve a composition, fit a layout, or change the orientation. It is a handy way to resize images non uniformly while preserving the key features of the picture.

Allow one to discard objects when enlarging the photo. Currently the discard function only works if you are shrinking the photo. Combine iResizer with InPaint for the best of both apps in one.

Preview

Add a small window that shows a preview of how the resize will turn out, that requires of course that you give the option to select end-size before pressing the "Resize" button.

It would also be nice if it did it in batches, I wasn't able to find a way to do this. Clicking on the help button doesn't work

After resizing if image is not right then able to go back to original without having to again brush up important and non important objects. Have a removal tool for brush strokes

include tool to detect automatically faces, architecture and details, add a batch mode, make it worth for mass processing.

detail selection is made through interaction. It is not worth for many images. Another thing, as a result of my try I got an uggly image morphing, which was not useful.

Have an 'undo' or 'erase' brush so I can fix small mistakes without having to re-do the whole thing.
